During the IMP, all participants receive through several Leadership Developments Meetings (LDM) at participants' corporations and in Zurich a high degree of individual and personalized support based on the ZEBS Leadership Model, a state-of-the-art Leadership Model provided by Zurich Elite Business School.
ZEBS Coaches help IMP participants in developing their leadership potential and also give them active support in their daily operative businesses. Our coaches do not simply give advice on professional questions but also participate in the emotional processes behind those questions. They also share insights into the personal thoughts, emotions and tensions which corporate and private life is prone to evoke.
