Fellows graduate upon completion of a Management Report, which can be accomplished in one of two ways:
 

• a dissertation that documents the analysis and results of one consulting project, or
   
• a competitor analysis and business strategy formulation for a topic assigned by the corporation.

The fellows are professionally supported during the period of the Management Report through tutoring by the ZEBS network.
